Highest Waterfall in Estonia… FROZEN

Strong sea winds and sudden low temperatures have seen much of the waterfall freeze. While water still flows, everything surrounding it is covered in beautiful ice crystals. Altitude can often create conditions for frozen water falls… the cold arctic winds being swept into Estonia from the Baltic are surely what creates this phenomena.
